I'm years out from the last time I saw her, and as far as I know, she's from years before that. I don't feel much of anything about it.

Last year there were voting blocks. People who come from the same place, mostly, and their allies.

Is she someone you can count on for a vote?

To stay on my good side, she wouldn't vote me up. I'd like to think so, anyway. Unfortunately, when it comes to Katherine, nothing's out of the realm of possibility.

I mean for whoever you're sure about. The investigation is only half of it. You have to convince enough people that you've found one to be in the top two of the vote.

I don't see how any of us can be convinced of anyone. Not since we don't even know if we've done it.

The doctors (actual doctors, not game doctors) will hopefully find some solid information. We investigate the scenes. Last year, people had visions of the killers.

We can go on our best guesses, but because we can't know for sure, we have to be persuasive. The people who made the best arguments got the result they wanted.

Ash accused Danny in the first round, but he brought nothing to the table but disliking him. I got him in the second with a narrative tying his wolf murders to his extracurricular ones.

Wolves can make their arguments, too, because they don't know they're making the wrong or right ones.

So, we use facts. We can do that.

Yeah. If you hear any "I heard someone saw," it's probably them that saw, and they're trying not to make themselves targets.

Speaking of which, one of the soccer girls "heard someone saw" someone with a diamond necklace fleeing Castiel's scene.

How much should we trust what someone "heard someone saw?"

She's a smart, nice girl. I don't think she would lie, other than to make it seem like she isn't a Seer. Which is understandable.

So, she may not have seen, she may have "seen" it.

We were told someone wearing a diamond collar also was seen by Giles' body.

And you trust the source?

He died from a bite to the throat. So...probably one of yours.

Armand, Caroline, or Spike. Doesn't Spike know him from home?

Spike does, but he also has allegiance to Buffy and he's like Buffy's... trainer.

Caroline didn't know him, or Buffy, she's back.

Armand, I don't know, but that would be my vote if I made one.

He trains her to slay vampires, which he is.

I know Armand. I'm more inclined to look at him for Castiel. He's too smart to do it the obvious way, he was here the first time. He's got some weird religious hangups that could explain the quasi-crucifixion.

No, Giles. Is like Buffy's trainer. Or was. Spike is just on Buffy's heels.

Share that with others. But, if that means Giles was killed by a vampire and one in diamonds, that means Armand, Caroline or Spike.

And then that leaves Spike.

I heard you. If he trains vampire slayers, then vampires would have good reason to want him out. Even if they like the slayer. It implicates Spike.

Spike and Armand. Would you be comfortable bringing one of their names up?
